Q. How do I schedule my Groupon Intro Flight?
A. Once you have purchased your Groupon, please call our office at (636) 536-1341 to schedule your flight. We suggest weekday and Sunday appointments, as Saturdays are our busiest days. Scheduling two or more weeks in advance for Saturday appointments can help you get your preferred flight time. Your Groupon includes three vouchers for Ground School. Please note that our Ground School classes are currently held on Tuesday evenings.
Q. Can I bring a friend? (Or two?) How much does it cost?
A. Please let us know that you would like to bring a friend (or two) when make your appointment. Our aircraft carry weight restrictions. As long as weight requirements are met, you can bring a buddy if flying in the Cessna 172. (The 162 has two seats and can only accommodate you and the CFI.) The cost is $25 per additional passenger and must be paid at the time of service.
Q. What do I need to bring to my Groupon Intro Flight?
A. Each participant must bring a current driver’s license. Participants under 18 need a Groupon Flight form signed by their legal guardian. We also suggest bringing sunglasses since the sunshine can get pretty spectacular up there! Dress appropriately for the weather, as you may spend some time outside on the ramp.
Q. Should I arrive early for my appointment?
A. Yes, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
